General Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions of the online store: www.biosing.si are compiled in accordance with the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT), the Consumer Protection against Unfair Business Practices Act (ZVPNPP), the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and international codes for e -business. An online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by David Lesar, director of BIOSING d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as the provider. The user is the person who uses the system, ie the customer in the online store. The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store www.biosing.si, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the user / customer. Content accessible to users of this website is protected as a copyright work in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP-Ur.l. RS, 21/1995 et seq.) And other applicable regulations. The holder of copyright and any other rights to the said copyrighted works is the provider. No reproduction, distribution, transmission, reproduction, display or other public communication of the copyright works on this website is permitted without the express written permission of the provider’s company.

Prices

All prices apply to the online store, include VAT and are visible from the online store, for each product separately. At other points of sale, prices may be different from the prices in the online store. The prices at which the buyer makes the purchase in question are fixed by confirming the order. The provider reserves the right to change prices. Prices do not include postage. Prices are the same regardless of the type of payment.

Mass of articles

The quantity of items is accurate or may have a negligible deviation of +/- 1%.

A tolerance of + / – 6% by weight is allowed for the weight of products, salamis and sausages.

Photographs and product descriptions

Some photos are our own, and some are symbolic. Products can be redesigned, quantity, packaging, label, etc. can be changed. The color shades, appearance and service packaging may deviate from the actual situation, which cannot be a reason for a complaint. The provider does not accept responsibility for any differences in the appearance of products in the photos and products in real condition.

Product descriptions are prepared in such a way as to be as unambiguous as possible and clearly emphasize the characteristics of the products. For spelling or. text error we do not accept responsibility. In the event that the customer is not clear about any of the characteristics of the products, please contact us by e-mail for clarification.

Method of payment

The customer can choose between non-cash payment options: via payment cards or via direct transfer to a bank account. All payment details are received by the customer in an email when ordering.

Order procedure

The customer selects the “Store” menu on the website www.biosing.si. When he clicks on an individual product, a description, quantity selection options and price open. After selecting the desired product, quantity, the customer presses the add to cart button. Following the same procedure, the customer adds all the desired items. When he wants to complete the purchase, he clicks on the “Show Cart” button. The customer can still add or change the amount of added products. When he is satisfied with the selection, he clicks on the “Continue to checkout” button.

Then enter your contact information, delivery address, payment method and any notes.

When the customer clicks on the “Buy Now” button, the order is executed.

All further instructions are given to the customer via e-mail.

Delivery costs

Delivery is performed with a contractual partner GLS. Delivery is free of charge with a purchase value of over 50 euros, otherwise the price of delivery in SLO is 4.99 euros including VAT. For delivery to the rest of the EU, it is free of charge with a purchase value of over 150 euros, otherwise the delivery price is 14.99 euros including VAT.

Delivery time

For SLO, from the receipt of the purchase price for the ordered products to the delivery of a maximum of 3 working days – GLS contracting parties (Mon-Fri)

For the rest of the EU under the contract with GLS and their transit times – from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 7 days.

Right to withdraw from the purchase, return of products, refund of payment

The buyer has the right to notify the provider to the e-mail address: info@biosing.si within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract or order, without having to state the reason for his decision.

If the buyer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, he must send the goods undamaged and in the same quantity to the bidder / company within 14 days after the notification to withdraw from the contract. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the products.

The buyer must return the received goods undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods are damaged without the buyer’s fault.

We will return the payments made to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company returns the received payments to the buyer with the same means of payment as used by the buyer (usually with payment to a transaction account), unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the buyer does not incur any costs.

Complaints and disputes

In accordance with legal norms, the provider does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.

The provider enables online trading in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and publishes a platform for online resolution of consumer disputes on its website at the web address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage .

Communication

We will communicate with the customer in a way that will be suitable for both sides of the sales process (for the provider and the user). Communication is possible via e-mail and contact phone.
